XMPP is a technology that allows us to avoid the use of messaging technology that is monopolized by big tech giants. XMPP allows messaging to a phone number. It is available for smart phones and PCs and other hardware. XMPP technology has been tested over many years.
It’s easy. It just takes 5 minutes to get started.
XMPP allows messages to be encrypted. Even the servers that facilitate XMPP messaging can’t read the messages? Wow.
XMPP communication programs are open source. So, hackers can’t be breaking encryption via hidden back doors in the programming? Again… wow.
