After the USA started using vote counting machines, did exit polls no longer consistently match up with vote counts? In Franklin County Ohio, were 4,258 votes counted for Bush in a precinct where only 638 voters cast ballots?

Also, in the states that decided the Presidential election (Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin) only Arizona has signature verification.
If Trump had won George, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin then he wins the Electoral College 278-260. The mail-in ballots in those states can never be properly verified to ensure their legitimacy.”

cast in person on election day,
signing in and providing a thumbprint plus ID,
ballots counted by hand,
counting audited by each political party,
with each polling station reporting totals,
and those counts immediately reported online,
TOTAL TRANSPARENCY
with NO POSSIBILITY OF ELECTRONIC HACKING.
Are all electronic machines potentially hackable black boxes? Is the programming code proprietary and not available to be analyzed by independent (not government affiliated) computer experts? Are these black boxes connected to the internet? How many of these black box counts are audited by hand counts?

And does one individual have the authority to unilaterally make a decision like that?
Our intelligence agencies have interfered in foreign elections for years. We sure don’t want them interfering in our own elections… or in those of other countries… for that matter. That’s not democracy in action.

Was election day the ONLY day this year with heavy rain during the daytime in Southern California? So, what COULD these folks actually be doing the rest of the year to end the drought?
Who votes in person on election day, anyway? Voters that are doing their best to support clean honest elections.
In California, it’s possible to fill out your mail-in ballot at home and bring it in on election day. If you don’t bring the envelope, then they have to sign you in as you drop off your ballot. It will be put into a sleeve and then directly into the ballot box. The advantage to that is that since they keep track of you as you vote at the voting machines with a number, would it potentially be possible for them to track how you voted?
